# What information do I need to build a hunt?

At a minimum you will need a name for your hunt, the start and end dates, and a few tasks and challenges for people to complete. However, there are lots of supplemental pieces of information you can add to your hunt including: subtitle, welcome message, location, logos and banners and much more. The main information is really the list of tasks and challenges you want people to complete. Be sure to check out our [Creating Tasks and Challenges](https://knowledge.scavify.com/knowledge-base/creating-tasks-and-challenges?hsLang=en-us) guide.
